Visited this facility on 30th June. Premium facility. Reception and staff are very friendly and caring.
1. Junior doc was in hurry for lunch and suggested to go to senior doc who already went for lunch. I think they should plan their lunches properly. I had to wait 2 hours.
2. Optometrist was not friendly during eye pressure test. We will already be slightly anxious and worried. This optometrist was making faces and saying rudely not to blink. Little empathy and kindness is required to understand patient mindset
