We recently got cataract surgery done for my mother at Vasan Eye Care, Sarakki Branch, and we are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up, everything was handled with great professionalism and genuine care.
The doctor (Dr. Roshni Shetty) were highly experienced and patiently explained the procedure, which helped put us at ease. The surgery went smoothly, and my mother’s recovery has been excellent. The medical team ensured she was comfortable throughout, and their compassionate approach made a big difference.
A special mention to the administrative staff (Shwetha) for their efficient handling of the insurance process. The entire claim procedure was smooth and well-coordinated. They guided us through each step, answered all our queries, and ensured there were no delays or hassles. It made the overall experience stress-free for us.
