We had a smooth and satisfying experience at Vasan Eye Care. Dr. Rashmi G conducted the initial checkup and guided us well through the pre-surgery process.
Dr. Prasanna Kumar R performed the cataract surgery with great skill—the procedure was painless, and post-surgery recovery went well without any issues.
Mr. Shankar from the counseling team explained everything clearly, answering our questions with patience and real-life examples, which was very reassuring.
The insurance process, managed by Mr. Sandeep, was handled efficiently, and the cashless claim was processed in a hassle-free manner.
The overall coordination was managed by Ms. Vigila, who was very supportive and ensured all processes—from registration to follow-up—were handled smoothly.
Scheduling was done as per our convenience, and there was hardly any waiting. The staff were professional, responsive, and made sure all steps were clearly communicated.
Now, my father has clear vision—thanks to the kind, humble, and highly skilled Dr. Prasanna sir. His calm approach and reassuring nature made the entire experience comfortable. We are truly grateful to everyone involved for their care, support, and professionalism throughout the process.
