I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Rakesh Bettdur for the excellent care he provided during my LASIK surgery. He was very calm, gentle, and reassuring throughout the procedure. He explained every step clearly and kept asking me not to worry, which really helped ease my nerves. The entire process took just about 5–10 minutes, and boom my eyes were working at ultra hd.
I would also like to sincerely thank Shwetha and Poornima ma’am for their constant follow-ups, clear communication, and timely updates at every stage. Their support made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. I’m equally thankful to all the staff members who were very approachable, kind, and supportive throughout my visit.
Overall, my experience at Vasan Eye Care has been wonderful, and I would confidently recommend anyone considering LASIK to go for it here without hesitation.
