I visited Vasan Eye Care Hospital, Ernakulam after having very disappointing experiences at two other clinics while seeking treatment for my friend. One clinic overcharged us and showed a lack of proper care and service, while another canceled our appointment at the last minute after we had already waited an entire week. At that critical moment, Vasan Eye Care accommodated us immediately and provided excellent, professional medical care. What truly stood out was that they did not charge any additional fees, even though my friend is a foreign national. This was a pleasant and refreshing surprise, especially after the unfair and unreasonable treatment we experienced elsewhere. The doctors and staff treated my friend with the same care, respect, and priority as any other patient without discrimination or unnecessary costs. The entire process felt transparent, ethical, and genuinely patient-focused. I truly believe Vasan Eye Care provided the best care we could have received, and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate eye care in Ernakulam. That said, there are a few areas that need improvement. Parking is limited, and unfortunately, I was once asked to move my car to make space for a doctor’s vehicle, which felt inappropriate. If parking is insufficient, this should be managed in a fairer way. Additionally, the toilets are a bit run-down, and the seating areas need maintenance, as some of the seats make strange noises. However, the doctor , Staffs including the nurses are exceptional: attentive, kind, friendly ,and very helpful. With some improvements in maintenance and parking management, this hospital could be even better. Overall, a very positive and trustworthy experience.

It was an outstanding service, if somebody is looking for eye treatments or glasses I will absolutely recommend this place.
