My entire family had their consultations performed here by specialised doctors and this goes so far beyond just a regular eye care clinic. My grandparents had a successful cataract surgery as well here.
The customer experience provided by the staff both in the hospital and the opticals goes well beyond your expectations and the effort they make to explain the problem and the solution, to make sure you, as a customer or a patient, truly understand where you money is going towards is truly valued.
A special mention to Leelavathy, she made the entire "opticals" experience as a total care package. She did do a thorough job at explaining what exactly you are gonna buy into with respect to the frame and the lenses.
Might just sound like an exaggeration but totally chill experience though. 🤣
Bonus is that this is a network of hospitals, meaning you can carry your diagnostics to other branches. Might as well try, what's there to loose?
